- OUR SCHOOL**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Prior experience coaching Water Polo at the primary or high school level is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and parents. To adopt a holistic view to children in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. To create a positive learning environment and motivate children to achieve their full potential.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs for Water Polo teams.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and personal growth.
- Teach fundamental skills and strategies of Water Polo to students of varying skill levels.
- Organize and supervise regular practice sessions and matches.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding team progress and upcoming events.Whilst every effort has been made to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the post, each individual responsibility undertaken may not be identified. The duties outlined above are not intended as a restrictive list and may be extended or altered to include other tasks that are commensurate with the role as directed Senior Management.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven ability to design and implement arts and cultural programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for the Coaching.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Coaching
- Bachelor’s degree in Coaching, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
