**Role Purpose**:
The role of Senior Specialist: Loyalty Engagement, combines analytical expertise with customer and market knowledge to drive value and the utilization of the loyalty programs to establish a deeper and emotional connection with our customers across Vodacom International Business Markets. They are responsible for generating actionable insight through the analysis of customer data, developing and maintaining customer segmentation models, and working with Market teams to use such models, as well as bespoke customer performance insight, to create ongoing marketing programs.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Loyalty Program:
Work with the Markets to deploy program enhancements and developments, ensuring they are delivered and operate effectively
Work closely with the Market team to drive effective loyalty operations and adhere to all shared strategies and guidelines.
Recommend and create Targeted plan campaigns every month with personalized segmentation to enhance ROI.
Prepare regular loyalty updates KPI, insights and recommendations with action plan.

Analytics and Statistics

Mine and analyse data sets to identify critical insights
Manage the delivery of segmentation/ churn / propensity models
Engage in campaign management processes to provide pre/post analysis
Prepare dashboards and visuals summarizing the key outputs

University Degree or equivalent in a Finance, Commercial discipline (postgraduate preferred)
Able to solve problems in complex situations
Strong technical, analytical and statistical competencies required
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to present business case to non-technical audience

The base location for this role is Midrand, Vodacom Campus
