**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a masters in Industrial Psychology and have completed their internship.
- Must be registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist.
- Previous experience having worked as an Industrial Psychologist is essential for the role.
- Must be proficient in full Microsoft suite and Outlook.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
- Must be efficient and organised within good administrative abilities.
- Must have experience having written integrated reports.
- Facilitating and coordinating all assessments that are conducted on online and in person.
- Writing of integrated assessment reports which will then be sent to clients.
- Marking and calculating assessment results.
- Capturing assessment information onto the system.
- Engaging with clients telephonically for bookings.
- Performing any ad hoc administration tasks.
- Providing support to external od consultants.

**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
