We are a debt collection agency that specialises in debt collection for educational institutions. We want to master the educational space by providing exceptional services to the educational industry to allow them and their students to successfully complete their study journey.

**Our Ideal Revenue Agent is**:

- **A great listener**:Listening as a Revenue Agent is mandatory as it helps you identify reasons for negligence and will assist you to come up with debtor-specific solutions to resolve the negligence.
- **Competitive**:Successful Revenue Agents are extremely competitive. They are constantly in competition with their peers and themselves.
- **Good Communicator**:You are not afraid to ask for money. And understand that the debtors are sometimes frustrated with their situation and take it out on the Agent. You need not take this personally.
- **Able to close the deal**:You know how to get the debtor to agree and honour their arrangement.
- **Problem Solver**:You are able to think on your feet and come up with or suggest alternative money sources to the debtor.
- **Balance Collections with Empathy**:Most debtors have experienced something bad that made them fall behind with their payments. You must know how to empathize with the debtor and at the same time keep them focused on their peace of mind once their debt has been paid.
- **Negotiator**:You must be an assertive negotiator. Ensure that all parties are fully satisfied with the situation.
- **Persistent**:Revenue Collection is a target-driven environment and you must be persistent in achieving these targets.

**Job Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Minimum 1-year Revenue Collections Experience
- Matric
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Afrikaans/African Language
- Computer Literate
- G-Suite Experience
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines

**Work-from-home requirements**
- Own computer or Laptop
- Fibre or 5G
- Quiet workplace area
