**Your Role**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Assist in closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

**To succeed,you will need**
- Grade 12.
- Sales and Marketing qualification.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ customer service experience.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Cold calling experience.
- CRM system experience will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills - MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills Research skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Sales and persuasive skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Customer focused.
- Detail orientated.
- Good knowledge of our products.
- Influential skills.
- Strong phone presence.
- Effective and efficient administration skills.
