**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB**:

- Ensure proper and clear correspondence with debtors via phone when working call campaigns
- Ensure the proper notes is made on various systems of all communication with debtors.
- Ensure customer contact details are correct after confirming details with the customer.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Fluent in English, and other African languages (language skills will be tested as part of the hiring process)
- Computer literate, with the ability to handle document management and data entry (basic computer skills will be tested)
- Minimum Grade 12
- Reliable and trustworthy: A clear criminal record is required and will be checked
- Previous experience with CPB,EXPERIAN and XDS Tracing tools is advantageous

What You’ll Do:

- Trace and call for Acknowledgement of debt, helping call Centre agent get to the correct client
- Communicate with clients or employer in a professional and compassionate manner
- Work to achieve monthly targets with a supportive, high-energy team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R4 500,00 - R5 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Tracing: 2 years (required)
- Debt Collections: 3 years (required)
