Roles and responsibilities would include, but not to be treated as an exhaustive list:

- Maintenance of all company inventory records by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received
- Verifies, updates and reconciles inventory information
- Performs physical inventory of the warehouse and reconciles records
- Determines proper floor and shelf location for supplies
- Ensures hazardous materials are stored safely
- Receives and unloads freight deliveries
- Tagging of supplies and stocking of shelves
- Implementation of an effective and controlled inventory system
- Prepare routine correspondence regarding back orders or other shipping and supply issues
- Making arrangements for incoming shipments

**Requirements**:

- Must have a matric qualification
- Must have knowledge of electronic/technical parts to procure, store and issue electronic inventory and supplies
- Must have at least 5+ years in a similiar role i.e., issuing and receiving materials in a manufacturing environment as well as the maintenance of a warehouse
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have effective organisational skills and planning ability
- Must have integrity
