They are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a Commercial portfolio in the Hub of Johannesburg. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to overseeing the operational management, property maintenance, utilities management, tenant relations, leasing, budget preparation and financial management and reporting for all the properties under your management. To be a considerable applicant you should hold a Property Studies/Business Management related degree and have about 5-8 years' experience in property management experience looking after retail or commercial properties.
