**Requirements**:

- Matric (essential).
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a finance administrator role.
- Experience with Quickbooks accounting package (advantageous).
- Relevant tertiary education / qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and ensure cash management is done accurately and as per process.
- Complete bank account balancing daily.
- All banking and credit transactions accurate and done timeously.
- All banking documents electronic filing up to date always.
- Ensuring all invoices are SARS compliant.
- Ensure allocation of entries in accounting package are to the correct general ledger account.
- All reconciliations to be done on time, in the correct format and accurate.
- All creditor payments done on time.
- Ensure all VAT categories in accounting package are correct.
- Assistance with fleet administration management, i.e. E-tolls, vehicle licenses updated and renewed and traffic fine administration.
- Balancing invoices to statements prior to payment.
- Prepare invoicing and process batches.
- Assistance with insurance to asset verification.
- Assistance with bank account balancing.
