**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**
A well-established Motor Dealership in Helderberg, offering a diverse range of light commercial and passenger vehicles, is seeking a professional and approachable Service Advisor to join their personable team, led by an exceptional Service Manager. We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric individual with a vibrant personality and at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a high-volume or multi-brand dealership environment, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach. You must be capable of managing a daily workload of 12-14 vehicles and have proficiency in Kerridge or a similar DMS.
**Job Requirements.**
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised high-volume or multi-brand dealership.
Above average customer service, problem solving and organisational skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of Kerridge or a similar DMS
A stable work history
