Ensure that current outputs of the death claims team and related processes are aligned with the overall business strategy and claims philosophy. Key Responsibilities Administration of group risk death claims. Complete quotation of claims. Ensure effective management of workflow and processes. Liaising with internal and external clients. Handling/solving/referring incoming queries and cases. Preparation, assessment and recommendation of claims. Understand and interpret policy definitions and rules. Compiling death claim reports for clients. Qualification and Experience
Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role within a Group Risk and Employee Benefits environment.
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Knowledge and Skills
