_**FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**_

A well-established group of companies, servicing the building industry (residential, industrial, marine, etc), requires the services of a Front Office Administrator, who will be required to receive and direct guests accordingly. This position is responsible for recording and directing the flow of administrative documentation to facilitate the accurate processing of invoices and payments as well as ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

**The ideal incumbent must be able to**:

- Answer and direct all calls received on the switchboard.
- Meet and greet all guests in front office.
- Receive and direct customer and staff queries
- Maintain functionality of the office equipment, e.g. photocopy, point of sale equipment, biometric system, etc.
- Scan invoices, job cards on job systems.
- Responsible for managing and purchasing of stationery and office supplies, etc.
- Consolidate and prepare hours worked from job cards and biometric system for payroll processes.
- Manage and maintain the biometrics system by adding and removing staff.
- All office related administration
- Be available for weekend standby as per work schedules
- Logging of jobs (when required)
- Any other ad hoc function as directed by management.

**Requirements of this job**:

- Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years’ office management experience
- Drivers licence
- Must reside in the Tableview area
- Excellent customer services skills
- Working knowledge of calculating hours worked from job cards
- Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills of general office equipment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise
- Flexible and fast learner

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
