**Job Summary**:
As our studio grows, we are actively looking for a dynamic and creative design focused Architect or Architectural Technologist with practical experience.

We are looking for an individual that is a great team player, that has leadership potential and has the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Experience thoughout all work stages with an advanced knowledge of this process.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A good understanding of design and building trends and the ability to execute on these ideas
- Mentoring and sharing your knowledge and experience collaboratively
- Exceptional spatial and architectural understanding and the ability to communicate this to clients effectively.
- Advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and 3D rendering software.
- The ability to liaise directly with clients to understand their design goals and ambisions.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present conceptual designs to the team and clients.
- Production of Local Authority and working drawing along with the team.
- 2-5 years experience post qualification.
- Site construction experience and contract administration experience in JBCC contracts as principal agent is advantageous
- SACAP registration is advantageous

**Salary**

Market related dependant on your level of experience.
