**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial insurance sales and the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior executives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building trusted relationships with brokers and delivering compelling presentations in boardroom settings to close high-value deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with independent commercial insurance brokers and high-volume call centres.
- Deliver persuasive, insight-driven presentations to executive-level stakeholders, clearly articulating Cartrack’s telematics value proposition.
- Drive revenue growth by positioning Cartrack as a key value-added partner to insurance intermediaries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor offerings that align with broker and insurer needs.

**Minimum requirements**

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of commercial insurance sales experience, ideally with exposure to broker and call centre distribution channels.
- Proven ability to conduct boardroom-level presentations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the insurance landscape, particularly in relation to telematics and risk-based pricing.
- Executive presence, consultative selling approach, and strong negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred**
- Existing broker network or relationships within the commercial insurance sector.
- Experience with insurance technology or value-added products.
