Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00
- No work on public holidays

Job Summary:
We seek a self-motivated Area Marketer to join our team at Swift Merchandising Services. As an Area Marketer, you will visit various stores and channels in designated areas, ensuring seamless execution of client mandates and effective in-store presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct surveys on Repforce app, capturing accurate data and insights.

2. Execute daily call cycles, achieving set targets and objectives.

3. Visit +-14 stores per day, covering different areas and channels.

4. Implement client mandates in stores, including:

- Merchandising and visual display management.
- Selling products.
- Packing and maintaining stock levels.
- Building relationships with store managers and staff.

5. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

6. Provide real-time feedback and reporting on store visits and survey outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Relevant marketing or sales experience (minimum 1-2 years - optional).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps (Repforce) and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

- Frequent travel to various stores and areas.
- Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 20 kg) may be required.
