This role is dynamic and multi faceted with a broad range of deliverables which requires good project management and operational skils,you will have to posses good planning and organising & Co ordination skills. This role needs good interpersonal & communication skills in order to liaize accros bussines units on stakeholder management & Engagement level. You will need to have good programme management skills to roll out and managege projects to meet lead times.
This role requires inovative & time management skills to optimise & execute strategies in real time for optimum departmental performance, therefore understanding of administrative procces workflow in order to scedule & prioritise tasks according to level of importance will be a high priority, you will have to posses the passion & vision for developing & designing new processes & procedures for continous development & improvement of operational structures to meet current standards for formal & efficient control to meet Bussines objectives.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum understanding of Supply Chain regulatory framework and compliance commitments Advantageous.
- Understanding of BBBEE Codes & Related empowerment legislation frameworks.
- Understanding of community development initiatives & programme management Highly Advantageous
- Member affiliate to Supply Chain Industry Institute Will serve as a added advantage
- Diploma Business Management or Supply chain related qualification.
- NQF level 5 or 6 qualification and 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management degree will be an advantage
- Experience working within a supplier/contractor database management environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proven supplier/contractor management, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships with individuals of varying personalities
- Detail oriented with strong follow through and ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks
- Highly organised with focus on execution, problem solving, time management, project management and improving processes

- Manage Procurement Process Facilitation & logistics
- Manage Contract Non-compliance
- Manage HSSE Compliance & Improvement
- Manage Strategic Sourcing Optimisation
- Facilitate Organisational Stakeholder Engagement Facilitation and the management thereof
- Manage Acquisition & Disposal facilitation
