**Below the Boardroom solution details**:
Functional Description - Boardroom AV Upgrade

**Display**:
Images/Video can be viewed on two Samsung 65” LED commercial LED displays.

**Video Conference**:
A Crestron Flex Video Conferencing system will integrate with the room AV to allow for immersive video calls.

**Audio**:
All the audio will be heard via the two (2) ceiling mounted speakers. One beam-tracking ceiling microphone will be installed used to pick the delegates during video conferencing calls.

**Control**:
All the equipment will be controlled via the Apple iPAD wireless touch tablet. This includes source selection, volume control & the Video Conferencing solution.

**Local Presentation**:
3 x Laptop interface points on the table will be used for local room presentation and video conferencing content sharing. An Air media presentation system will also be integrated in the system

for wireless presentation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From R2,883.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
