Recruiter - Lead Talent Acquisition at a Fast

Delta-v accelerates the growth of tech companies across South Africa and Europe. This role is an opportunity to take ownership of one of the most important areas that drives the growth of our business - recruiting top calibre talent. You’ll be responsible for working with out CEO to develop and implement our acquisition strategy. You'll receive extensive training and will get to develop our graduate recruitment program, and further develop our employer value proposition.
**About the role**
You'll be responsible for driving our talent pipeline and coordinating our end to end hiring process while supported by a CEO who's previously built a very successful recruitment agency. Your responsibilities will include attracting, sourcing, recruiting and coordinating the onboarding of top performers for Delta-v.
**Requirements**:
Essential skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree
- 2+ years recruitment experience recruiting for hard to fill roles (e.g. Software Developers, Enterprise Sales)
- Proven track record meeting recruitment targets
- Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter research and sourcing skills
- Excellent job ad copy writing skills
- High energy and results focussed personality
- Strong interest in the world of tech and startups
