The HR Administrator plays an important role in the administrative and communication processes within the team through accuracy, meeting tight deadlines, following policies and procedures, and the interaction between the team and external organisations associated with them.

The team member will be responsible for all aspects of HR including payroll, recruitment and selection, training, consulting and administration.
**Requirements**:
Payroll
- Documentation, queries, preparation and processing (including the capturing of new team members, leave and terminations).
- Payroll input processing, terminations, and appointments.
- Process monthly HR reports, and o statistical reports required by management.

Onboarding administration
- Administration of the biometric/clocking systems.
- Review travel, and overtime claims.
- SANC deductions, Tax on Bonus, Retirement Fund options and contributions.
- Maternity processing and UIF forms.
- Coordinate new team members for onboarding.

Track team members in their probation period and issue certificate once completed.
- Track induction attendance
- Coordinate and build a monthly in-depth audit leave report
- Complete leave audit with BCEA and policy compliance, processing leave encashment.

Recruitment
- Compile advertisements in conjunction with line management.
- Process all relevant documentation related to the recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Obtain reference checks as and when requested.
- Liaise with external suppliers as required.
- Arrange and handle the complete process of ordering uniforms and name badges for all team members.
- Coordination and communication with suppliers regarding fitting and delivery dates.
- Update uniform allowance balance on Sage, ensuring that all applicable AOD forms are completed by the team members and processed for deductions via payroll.

Reporting and Filing
- Process monthly HR reports, and other related statistical reports required by management.
- Audit exception reports to ensure compliance with the timekeeping system and legislation.
- Follow all team member policies, processes, systems, and procedures, ensuring that records are accurate and updated.
- Create and maintain an appropriate filing system to ensure an accurate record of all reports and other documents is maintained.
- Assist with team administration queries and work requests and resolve these efficiently and effectively within required SLA’s and turnaround times.
- Archive personnel files.
- File Team member records.
- File HR Manager memos, minutes on a weekly basis.
