PepsiCo SA employs more than 13, 000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages. **Responsibilities**: **Job Overview**: A qualified artisan with an electrical trade certificate. **Electrical Maintenance & Repairs** - Fitted fuse boxes, circuits & wiring systems & equipment - Inspected & tested fused boxes, circuits, wiring systems & equipment - Repaired fused boxes circuits & wiring systems & equipment - Set programmable logical circuits (PLC's) - Certified electrical installations **Personal Growth & Leadership** - Achieved individual and team goals - Improved personal effectiveness - Transferred knowledge and skills **Systems, Procedures & Practices** - Organised own work - Applied practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods - Resolved work area problems - Reported progress - Adhered to legal requirements **Relationship Results** - Maintained internal stakeholder relations, incl. shop stewards - Satisfied 'customers' - Maintained manager and peer relationships - Communicated work related information **Continuous Improvement** - Initiated continuous improvement Qualifications: - NTC/ Technical Trade Certificate - Grade 12 - 4-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment - Communication - Problem solving - Planning, organising and control - Housekeeping - Technical knowledge **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
