Job Title: Dental Implant Sales Associate

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Dental Implant Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling dental implant products to dental clinics and practitioners. This role involves building strong relationships with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of our products, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental market.

Present product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in dental clinics.

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental implant technology.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field.

Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in the dental industry.

Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and implant dentistry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex technical information.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to visit 4-5 clinics on a daily basis and manage a meeting with the dentists
