SCHOOLPLUS is an online platform that teaches after-school programs based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Our mission is to prepare kids for the future and make them great leaders.

We are looking for professional, energetic and passionate English teachers who are ready to help kids improve their speaking, listening, grammar, reading and even writing. Our learners need instructors who can teach practical, fun and effective English.

**What you need**: all you need is a computer, decent internet, a headset and good command of English.

**Requirements**:

- A TESOL/TEFL certificate is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Must be passionate about teaching and have a creative approach to teaching kids aged 6-18 years old.

**Our instructors**:

- are energetic and fun
- have a practical approach and keep kids engaged at all times
- use online tools and PPT
- create strong bonds with kids
- have decent internet and laptop
- create the lesson plan themselves
- tailor education to the needs, pace and abilities of each kid

In this market, we primarily embrace instructors who offer their services at rates below $12 per hour. SCHOOLPLUS operates on a commission-based model, where we levy a fee equivalent to 30% on top of the tuition fee.
