How the Northpoint ELITE PROGRAM works

**Upfront Cap Payment**:
In traditional Cap programs, Agents and Brokers operate at between 50% to 70% commission during the year and once they reach their Cap of R 350,000 Company Commission, typically in the 9th or 10th month they go to 100% commission

Northpoint offers you the opportunity to pay your Cap upfront.

This ensures you receive **100% commission from day one** without the delay of reaching your cap in the 9th or 10th month and potentially miss out on the bigger deals during the year.

**Cap Amount**:
The Northpoint ELITE Cap is R 350,000

If you are doing more than R 15 Million per year in turnover then it’s a no brainer to join the Northpoint ELITE Program

1. 50% Commission Split

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Agent’s Earnings (50% Split): R1,200,000 x 50%

= R600,000

2. 70% Commission Split

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Agent’s Earnings (70% Split): R1,200,000 x 70%

= R840,000

**3. 100% Commission Split**

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Less Effective Cap: R175,000

Agent’s Earnings (100% Split): R1,200,000 x 100%

= **R1,025,000**

**Cap Bridging Financing Option**:
If the upfront payment is a concern, Northpoint provides a BRIDGING FINANCE option for the cap against your 1st Deal.

This means you can enjoy the financial benefits immediately while leveraging the cap amount as a tax write-off.
