**Virtual Project Manager (Home Improvements) - Independent Contractor Opportunity**

**Why This Role Matters**

As the **Virtual Project Manager (VPM)**, you’ll be the critical link ensuring every installation is set up for success, without ever stepping on-site. Your accuracy drives customer satisfaction, minimizes costly errors, and enables smooth operations across multiple projects.

**What You’ll Do**
- Analyze videos, photos, and site data to perform precise measurements for windows, doors, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath projects.
- Develop accurate labor and material estimates, identifying additional installation needs and site conditions.
- Confirm specifications and contract details with customers before production or ordering.
- Coordinate virtually with installation crews, providing guidance and resolving unexpected conditions.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet exact specifications and customer satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- All resumes to be submitted in English.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, measurement analysis, or installation planning.
- Architectural background or experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical images, videos, and site documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a 100% commitment to precision.
- Clear and professional communication skills with both customers and teams.
- Problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- English C1/B2 (required)
- Familiar with the US built environment, would be ideal
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Fathom, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), video conferencing software such as Teams, and familiarity with productivity-tracking tools such as Hubstaff, which the company uses.

- Compensation: $15-18 USD per hour, Mon - Sat. 40-hour week
- Must be able to work in US EST hours (typically 8 am-5 pm), including US Public Holidays
- Location: 100% Virtual, working for a US-based company
- Schedule: Aligned with project timelines.
- Travel Required: None.
