Overview:
**HR professionals - you’re vital in our fight against cybercrime**
In this role as Mimecast’s Global Learning & Development Graduate you will play integral role in our fast paced and high performing business whilst performing a wide range of duties in support of the HR vision of building a people empowered organisation. You will be responsible for: ensuring the co-ordination of internal L&OD solutions to our Mimecasters, this includes marketing of Learning and OD solutions; providing technology and admin support to colleagues to prepare for and deliver programs; gathering data and creating reports deploy or measure the impact of training; manage global training rooms and resources; provide administrative support to the global L&OD team. You will often be the first point of contact for Learning and Development at Mimecast and will embody our company values - the Mimecast way.
**Requirements**:
Program Coordination and support
- Coordinate and monitor lifecycle of appointed L&OD Project(s) including generating attendance lists; sending invitations; scheduling instructors; reserving and setting up virtual or in-person classrooms based on instructor or vendor partner requirements; prepping and printing required materials; monitoring enrolment and attendance;
- Collaborate with the L&OD team to create schedules for programs (in-house or external). Providing high level proof reading and editing of training materials
- Market available development opportunities and send notifications of programs to appropriate Mimecasters using various marketing and communications methods
- Monitor session enrolment levels (minimum and maximum) to avoid session cancellations and interact with managers for rescheduling of employees if necessary
- Gather data and produce reports on L&OD programme attendance and evaluation
Learning platform administration
- Oversee administration of the registration process and records for on-site and off-site programs in ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date
- Provide technical support, issue tracking, resolution and / or escalation for learning platform users
- Actively seek and recommend ways platforms and processes can be used to drive efficiencies within Mimecast
- Own the L&OD mailbox: Monitor and respond to items in Learning mailbox, relaying messages to the proper Mimecaster or team
Logistical Support
- Provide logístical support for L&OD programmes such as virtual training classrooms and coaching programmes
- Provide logístical and technology support for L&OD team with occasional support for wider HR team events
- Make any necessary arrangements for catering services and equipment required for on-site and off-site programs
- Order and maintain office supplies; create, print, collate and assemble training materials and job aids
