We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our internal sales team. The role involves direct interaction with parents and schools, requiring excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with parents and school representatives in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of patience and understanding in all customer interactions
- Ensure accurate data capturing and record-keeping
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during the busy back-to-school period
- Provide outstanding customer service with a solution-oriented mindset
- Support the broader team and willingly assist in various areas as needed

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- Own reliable transport
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Previous experience in the stationery industry is advantageous but not essential

Salary will be discussed in interview
