sponsabilities & Duties

? Analyze and plan the material schedule based on the order and inventory portfolio,seeking to meet the needs imposed by external or internal customers.

? Carry out the followup with suppliers, aiming to guarantee deliveries according to
established deadlines and the maintenance of the production flow.

? Conduct a critical analysis in order to promote continuous improvements to reduce inventories and make orders and requisitions available in a timely manner.

? Program maximum use of coils, if the programmer is dedicated to the supply of raw material, in order to ensure the best use and the optimization of costs.

? Provide technical support to less experienced analysts / programmers, guiding them in carrying out operations or working in more complex activities.

? Prepare and execute the updating of reports and indicators of the sector, monitoring and analyzing results, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of procedures, goals, and necessary corrective actions.

? Properly use PPE?s (Personal Protective Equipment), aiming to maintain protection in the work environment, in order to avoid accidents and comply with safety and health standards.

? Watch over and maintain hygiene and organization conditions in your work environment, in order to comply with safety and environmental standards, ensuring the health of employees.

? Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company.

? Comply with the legislation, as well as the Company's institutional rules and policies, with suppliers and external bodies, ensuring due ethical behavior in the relationship with business partners, as well as compliance with established standards, and ensuring the Company's assets

Knowledge, Skills (Essential)

General
- IT Knowledge in terms of Word, Excel, Internet, Electronic Mail.
- High level of teamwork skills;

Specific
- Knowledge in stocks management;
- Knowledge in raw materials;
- Good Knowledge in Production Planninng
- BU ERP

Education & Qualification

University degree in Materials, Mechanics, Production, Industrial Engineering or Management or Similar.

Experience & Others

2+ yrs. of manufacturing related experience with hands on operational knowledge;
? Experience in automotive industry manufacturing environment is a plus;
? Experience working in an organization that has a well-implemented ?

Safety Culture, is a plus.
