This role involves analyzing and evaluating feedback received from the quality care department to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality standards are met.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Listening, commenting and giving feedback on all departments calls

Actively listening to recorded customer calls from various departments. Providing comments and feedback on the quality of the call, adherence to procedures, customer handling, and overall performance.
- Verifying and extending QC notes received from QC department to include consultants perspective.

Reviewing and cross-referencing quality care notes received from the QC department. Ensuring that the notes accurately reflect the consultant's perspective and incorporating additional insights or observations.
- Communicating suggested improvements to QC manager

Collaborating with the QC manager to communicate suggested improvements based on the feedback received. Sharing insights and recommendations for enhancing customer service processes and operational procedures to improve overall quality.
- Giving feedback to individuals in the various departments

Providing constructive feedback to individuals in different departments based on the QC evaluations. Offering guidance and recommendations to help individuals improve their performance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality.
- Prepare reports for various department managers on QC feedback.

Compiling and preparing reports on QC feedback for various department managers. Summarizing the findings, trends, and areas for improvement identified through the feedback analysis process.
- MUST have a 3 year Bachelor’s degree

**Additional Information**
- Hours: 08:00 till 16:30
- Flextime may be offered once an employee becomes permanent after three months
- Working from home is an option on certain days should management be satisfied with quality of performance.
