We are a UK based company operating since 2008. We are a free service that offers mobile phone packages that helps businesses communicate with employees and customers more cost-effectively. We are a nationwide independent mobile phone specialist that excels in business plans to suit all business types from Sole Traders to Limited companies. We concentrate on saving businesses money and keeping up good customer relations through our free service. Our goal is to save businesses money and build up strong relationships with businesses by offering a completely free, valuable business mobile phone comparison service to help get the best business mobile phone deals available.

We are looking for in office Call Centre Sales Executive Agents.

To be successful in this role, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

**Duties include**:

- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

**Preferred skill requirements**:

- Proven work experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

**Non negotiable requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- +2 years experience in Sales Call Centre role with cold calling
- Good command of the English language.

**Please note**:
This is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract

This is an office base role - Loop Street: Cape Town

Working hours: Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm

Pay rate: R40 - R60/hour depending on experience

+R500/connected sale

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R40.00 - R60.00 per hour

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
