PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To assist the line function and retail stores in minimizing company losses by conducting audits and facilitating the stock-taking process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Auditing and calculation of Stock Takes
- Health and Safety Audits
- Administration
- Policy Efficiencies
- Loss Control
- People Management
- Customer Service
- Manage a low cost business according to the company's low cost culture
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Equivalent
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.
- 2-5 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership/managerial role.
- Computer Literate. (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite)
- Valid Code 8 Drivers License - availability for extensive travel and work away from home.
