**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 6 + years in Logistics industry
- 4 + years in a supervisory/ management position.
- Understanding of Ecommerce
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement inventory control measures to accurately track and manage stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with transportation and logistics partners to optimize the inbound and outbound flow of goods.
- Monitor transportation schedules, carrier performance, and freight costs.
- Ensure the distribution centre complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and productivity of the distribution centre.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns related to distribution centre operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for the distribution centre, controlling expenses and maximizing cost effectiveness.
