Are you someone who can:

- Ability to work with widespread stakeholders, from multiple teams internal to the wider Group, as well as Business units, segments, enablers across the organisation
- Create and prepare business cases to support design of appropriate models, monitoring solutions, products and enhancements that will deliver on the strategic objectives of FirstRand Broader Africa.
- Identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs, optimally supporting business with the most up to date solutions.
- Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG.
- Build risk models, client conduct risk models, aid in design of key risk indicator monitoring solutions.
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
- Create appropriate dashboards that will provide critical insights to Business and its leaders that will use the same to optimally manage business and its risks.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
- Facilitate and coordinate end to end implementation of prioritized and approved solutions for relevant product house or business unit.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth in business.
- Use of Artificial Intelligence software, capabilities and opportunities to optimize risk management delivery.
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in Data Analytics/ Mathematics/ Business/ Engineering/ IT or similar
- Experience - 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar environment, of which 1 to 3 years ideally at Management Level
- Knowledge Required: Specialized knowledge of Data Modelling, Monitoring solutions with the use and support of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Business exposure.
- Strong understanding of business process definition and re-engineering requirements
- Moderate understanding of project management and system, data or business testing requirements principles
- Experience in documenting and implementing projects/ initiatives in line with business vision and strategy
- Experience in the analysis and compilation of business information and intelligence
- Very strong in customer solutions, customer value management and create a better customer experience.
