We are a Mechanical and Fire Engineering firm, looking to expand our team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Draughtsman, who's duties will include but not be limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drawing Production:

- Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings using Computer Aid Design (CAD) software.
- Interpret and incorporate project requirements and translate these into precise drawings.

2. Teamwork:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure drawings meet the project specifications.
- Assist in preparing necessary information for drawing production.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness and adhere with design standards to meet project requirements.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain an organized and up to date record of drawings, revisions and project documents.
- Ensure drawings are efficiently achieved and accessible to relevant team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a draftsman or similar role.
- Proficient in using CAD software for technical drawing production, specifically Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
- Must be detail oriented with a commitment to produce high quality drawings.

**Education / Qualification**:

- Matric
- Mechanical Diploma / Relevant Drafting Qualification is preferred
- Driver's License

- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and timelines.
