A great sales agent should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build with clients and clearly explain the benefits of the products and services we provide. We need an individual who has problem-solving abilities and a customer first mindset to address client who is in need and could overcome objections. Lastly, integrity and professionalism is essential to ensure you representing our brand in a trustworthy and credible way.

**Requirements**:

- Passed Matric or have a relevant NQ level 4
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Having a student learning mentallty and adaptability skills
- Positive attitude and outlook on situations
- Being able to multitask and work under pressurse
- Able to work in a team environment and participate in team activities
- Able to work and deal with conflict as well as difficulties customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Able to be professional and handle situations as such
