**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and venues, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Train and develop housekeeping team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and to the required standard.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laundry operations, including organising the washing, drying, and ironing of linens, guest laundry and uniforms.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and venues to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and laundry products as needed.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operation of housekeeping services.
- Ensure that all housekeeping staff are following company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide leadership in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
