Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bcom or Degree in commerce

**Experience**:

- 3-5 Years’ experience in Supplier Management
- Understanding of Merchandising, Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Relationship Management
- Negotiation skills
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Create and implement supplier management strategies that deliver value for Multiply and our clients as well as for the suppliers.

2. Accountable for inbound supply chain from suppliers, ensuring compliance and order requirements are fulfilled in lien with company standards.

3. Ensure merchandise is delivered in line with service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Build and leverage networks to acquire suppliers that deliver on the business strategy through negotiation and relationship building.

5. Act as key contact to suppliers to ensure ongoing relationship management, service management and supplier management.

6. Continuously review and improve the usability of products and services rendered by using usage and feedback metrics.

7. Pursue cost saving goals by unlocking additional value from existing and new suppliers aligned to our business strategy and client value proposition.

8. Negotiate and analyse contractual agreements with supplier to ensure compliance with internal standards, governance and terms.

9. Identify, control and manage risks that may have a negative impact on the contract performance.

10. Responsible for tracking, approving and analysing spend to support the driving of commercial value from the contract.
