We have an exciting position for someone with an eye for detail and that has a passion for data, analytics and everything digital. For this position you will need to deeply understand our CRM’s capabilities and how it integrates with other systems across the various estates. You will also play a key part in Business Intelligence and Analytics across the various business units and estates.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in an appropriate field of study: Engineering/IT/Computer Science
- No work experience required
- An exceptional ability on computers (Office365/Excel/VBA)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) beneficial
- Familiarity with Data Science tools and programming languages (e.g. R, Python, etc.) preferred
- Special interest in mastering new software systems
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to take initiative and be creative
- Ability to communicate well
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
**Responsibilities**:
- BI and Analytics Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and visualize analysis that will benefit teams across the business
- E.g. cohort analysis, forecasting, sentiment analysis, customer lifetime value modelling, trend analysis, etc.
- Assist with improving reporting and data analysis for marketing team, specifically using Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Optimize current reporting processes (e.g. using Excel/Tableau/PowerBI)
- CRM Responsibilities:
- Ensure data consistency and integrity with other internal systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues
- Database cleaning e.g. perform regular list hygiene to maintain health of our database.
- Collaboration with marketing teams across estates to provide CRM support e.g. Create targeted lists, Manage list imports
- Set up of automations for various internal and external processes
- Manage and report on short-term projects
