Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the talent acquisition system implementation across the global team.
- Lead the change on system-specific improvements, ensuring functionality is built to meet requirements, effectively testing and ensuring adoption through the global organization.
- Manage a global team sitting across different locations.
- Develop and maintain a business intelligence platform, enabling reporting and monitoring of Talent Acquisition activity.
- Being the key liaison between IT, service providers and users, enabling the organization to take full advantage of functionality and identify solutions to improve processes.
- Working with appropriate members to define, monitor and audit data quality, and manage system and data security.

**Experience**:

- Technical Experience:

- 6+ years in managing industry-leading ATS systems and talent acquisition tools (iCIMS is a plus)
- Solid project management experience
- Experience with high volume recruitment companies
- Proven experience in managing high performing teams within in a recruiting environment
- Excel and data analytics
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEO optimization
- Experience in servicing demanding stakeholders
