**The Job**:
We are opening a new branch in East London. The HQ and workshop will be located near the East London airport. This position is for a breakdown mechanic who will be working on the road.

You will be in charge of our clients breakdowns within a 300km radius of East London.

Red Seal qualification is helpful but experience is required. You will need at least 3 years experience with truck AND trailer breakdowns and be capable of handling mechanical, air, electric and hydraulic breakdowns on road.

Code C1 or C14 (old code 10) drivers licence is required to drive one of our brand new spiffy Mercedes-Benz vans fully kitted out with everything you may require on a truck or trailer breakdown. (Incl. welding machine and plasma cutter - Training will be provided if required).

You will need to have your own hand tools.

Since this position deals with the unexpecteds of truck breakdowns, you will be on call 24/7.
