- Lead by example, driving a winning culture.
- Maintain optimal staffing and accurate employee records.
- Develop and coach team members for growth.
- Support team meetings, employee relations, and performance management.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene standards.

**Customer - 30%**
- Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
- Support ROCC evaluations and follow through on action plans.
- Manage customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure consistently high service and product standards.

**Sales - 20%**
- Drive sales through exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Foster a sales-driven culture in the team.
- Support product launches, promotions, and upselling initiatives.

**Profit - 20%**
- Monitor and manage costs to align with targets.
- Assist in executing strategies to improve profitability.
- Analyze operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Matric (non-negotiable)**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in QSR or restaurant management (required)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
- Customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills

**Job Type**: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
**Location**: Pretoria & Johannesburg (placement based on vacancy availability)
