**Remote Senior Sales Recruiter for US Company**:
Who We Are
We’re a **US-based real estate and investments company** building a high-performance, fully remote sales team. To support that, we’re looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to find, vet, and deliver **A-player salespeople**.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a **Senior Sales Recruiter (remote)** with **a minimum of 5 years’ experience** recruiting for sales roles.

You’ll manage the process from **posting and advertising** all the way through to **shortlisting finalists** for the founder’s final interview.
What You’ll Be Doing
**Sourcing & Advertising**
- Write and publish compelling **job ads** for a variety of sales positions (closers, SDRs, outbound reps, etc.).
- Set up, monitor, and optimize **paid/sponsored job campaigns** on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and regional job boards.
**Screening & Interviews**
- Review **large volumes of CVs** and quickly filter out non-qualified applicants.
- Conduct **first-round video or phone screens** to assess:
- Sales experience and track record
- Communication skills and professionalism
- English fluency and comfort working with a US company
- Use **structured interview questions** aligned to the specific sales role.
**Assessments & Shortlists**
- Combine assessment results with your interview notes to identify the **strongest fits**.
- Present the founder with:
**Process Management**
- Keep an organized **pipeline/ATS or tracker** of all applicants and their stage.
- Schedule and confirm **final interviews** with the founder.
- Conduct **reference checks** when requested.
- Provide **brief weekly reports** on hiring activity and progress for each open role.
What We’re Looking For
- **5+ years of recruitment experience** with a major focus on **sales hiring**.
- Proven ability to fill **full-time remote sales positions** (closers, SDRs, BDRs, account executives, etc.).
- Experience recruiting in one or more of:
- **South Africa**:
- **South America**:
- **Middle East**:
- Hands-on experience **running paid job ads/sponsored posts**.
- Comfortable handling the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken **English**.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
- Reliable internet and the ability to work with some overlap in **US time zones**.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working with a **US-based or international remote team**.
- Familiarity with basic **HR/People Ops** (onboarding, documentation) - not required, but a plus.

- **Fully remote**, contractor-style position.
