The Marketing Executive at Nivoda will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team and other cross-functional departments including Sales, Account Management and Supplier teams.

We are an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewellery industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent, efficient and cost-effective way to sell and buy jewellery.

The company's sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown from 30 to almost 200 internationally. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers.
What you’ll do
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and PR.
- Support lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and tracking conversion rates.
- Assist in the management of social media platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries or comments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events, conferences, or trade shows globally
- Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials including infographics and social posts
- Make accurate updates to the website (WordPress) and tracking analytics
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in a range of day to day activities (e.g. ordering business cards, rebranding documents, updating PR database)
- Collaborating with a marketing agency to work on a range of campaigns
What you’ll need
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing as a generalist
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute to content creation and campaign ideation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make recommendations
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organisation skills and ability to manage workload with a range of tasks and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills (English)
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Ability to use Canva
- Ability to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Package (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Ability to use WordPress
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
