LOCATION: 11 - 13 St Andrews Road, Parktown, Johannesburg

REPORTING TO: You will be reporting to the Research Team Leader

MISSION STATEMENT: As a Business Information Researcher your primary responsibilities will be to research and compile corporate reports in accordance with the standards and methods of our company and industry. You will build on an established research procedure and will utilise your professional and friendly conduct to build relationships of trust with the companies you deal with.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and report production (90%)
- Ensure accurate, thorough, high-quality, timeous delivery of services
- Source and verify company information telephonically, via online questionnaires and/or desktop research
- Ensure that all 3rd party information is requested, obtained and reviewed timeously
- Input researched information into relevant internal systems efficiently and effectively
- Prioritise work accordingly and ensure that services are delivered within SLAs and expectations
- Ensure timeous resolution of queries and corrections
- Maintain effective communication will all relevant stakeholders and keep abreast of progress and/or issues
- Submit completed outputs to Quality Control team within required SLAs and in accordance with quality standards
- Consistently achieve volume targets
- Ensure that the operating system is used correctly and constantly reflects up-to-date report status
- Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Build and maintain knowledge of Inoxico’s systems, data, and processes
- Identify and recommend process improvements to better drive business objectives
- Cultivate a general understanding of commerce and industry by keeping up-to-date with business and economic trends

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES (*critical):

- Credit Management qualification advantageous
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills*
- Excellent typing capabilities (40wpm or above)*
- Fluency in French, Portuguese or Mandarin advantageous
