Are you passionate about social media, on TikTok and at least one other platform, and manage your fans like a pro? If the answer is yes, and you have a diploma or degree, this might be the role for you.
As the social media administrator, you will be responsible for community management, developing content, social listening and risk management reports and more. You will need to be able to work with a team as well as be self-motivated, output-orientated, results-driven, and pedantic about every piece of content that is published.
What you will do
Develop content and copy for the assigned brands, go through the approval process, and load content onto social media channels using Falcon.
Find images relevant to assigned brands' content copy and develop artwork on Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Responsive and engaging community management of assigned brands on social media platforms, GoogleMyBusiness and Listening Tools while also highlighting opportunities and risks that may arise.
Generate monthly reports for assigned brands using a combination of social media platforms, Falcon, Brandwatch, Google Analytics and Mangools.
Generate blogs and content for websites
Continuously build knowledge and leverage insights on industry trends and transfer knowledge of best practices and best in class to the rest of the team.
Ad hoc tasks and administration.
Experience

Blogging or managing a social media account is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:
Degree or diploma in preferably communications, marketing or advertising
Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop will be an advantage
Remuneration

The base salary is R6k with a potential bonus of R2k (paid one month in arrears) based on performance metrics like portfolio engagement rate, net new fans increase, media spend compliance etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Ability to write in an engaging, positive way
The interview process will require an online session where you will be tested live on your community management and copy skills.
