**Job Details**

**What you will do**

We are seeking for a Sales Coordinator who will be a member of our South Africa team and will directly report to our LOB Manager-HVAC. At this position, you will provide day-to-day business support to the sales organisation.

**How you will do**

Assists the sales department to ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs.
Works with local sales team to expedite the orders received.
Calling customers on a regular basis to increase sales.
Organizes and creates an effective business support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities.
Act as a central point of contact for sales staff regarding general product related issues. Liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance.
Responsible for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed as required by corporate and regional management.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Promotes an efficient and professional image to all customers, both internal and external at all times.
Ensures complete sensitivity and confidentiality be applied at all times.

**Required**
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ambition to succeed
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Self-Motivator
- Ability to multi-task
- Enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation
- Ability to learn quickly
- Service minded, aggressive and congenial
- Good administration skills.
