- **develop, oversee, manage, and implement** a robust

**Internal Communication Strategy** for the company, in order to
- **communicate the company’s positioning to the internal audience** by
- **managing**
**the internal communication channels**.
- **Deliver integrated communication interventions** aimed at
- **ensuring internal stakeholders and employees** are optimally
- **informed**,
- **engaged** and
- **aligned** around the
- **company’s business strategy** and actively find ways to
- **increase**
**employee**
**engagement**.
- **Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Post Graduate Degree** in **Communications**:

- **8 - 10 year’s business experience** in the **Financial Services environment** with a focus on **internal** **communications**.
- **Management experience** and **experience engaging at executive level**.
- **Digital communication experience** relating to **different communication channels**.
- Strong **editorial skills**.
- **Understanding** **of** **Photographic/Video/Design** and the power of these mediums as communication tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of the **event's management environment**
