- **Quality Systems Controls and Procedures**:

- Ensure that the Company’s Quality Management System is implemented and adhered to at all times
- Implement corrective measures where there are deficiencies
- Ensure that relevant controls and procedures are in place and adhered to at all times
- Ensure that inspection and mixing instructions are kept up to date at all times
- Develop and implement inspection instructions where required
- **Product and Quality Control**:

- Ensure that only product that comply to the customer’s specifications leave the Operation
- Investigate and report on any quality related complaints raised by the customer
- Visit Customer sites as may be required to address any quality matters
- Ensure that quality that meets specifications is manufactured at all times
- Conduct visual product inspections
- Sample products to determine that they meet specifications and quality standards
- Issue instructions on corrective actions to correct quality and ensure that the instructions are carried through
- **Supplier Audits and Project Management**:

- Represent the Company during supplier audits.
- Ensure that audit findings are actioned and closed accordingly.
- Participates in approved projects as may be required from time to time.
- Ensures that project are carried within budgets and timelines
