**A. **Job Title**:
**Put Away and Replenishment Supervisor**reporting to the **Branch Manager**

**B. **Job Overview**

The Put Away and Replenishment Supervisor responsibilities include to plan all routes for the warehouse, ensure put-away maintenance must be clear in time and make sure all orders are completed and done within the timeframe. The Put-Away and Replenishment Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring his/her team meets and maintains productivity, accuracy, and safety standards for all put-away and stocking processes.

**C. **Areas of Responsibility (**Your duties will include but are not limited to)**

1. Inbound
- Mark shipment complete in Receiving Shipment once completed.
- Put-Away Maintenance must be cleared all the time and within the SLA.
- Ensure all stock is captured with batch numbers and expiry dates.
- Ensure all damaged/short stock is found and returned.
- Make sure all inbound have a pallet ID assigned to the pallet.
- Make sure all stock can be scanned and that the barcodes are captured in master data.
- Keep record of product codes and suppliers that do not have correct barcodes.
- Accuracy of put-aways to bulk locations.
- Making sure all stock being received is labelled accordingly to ensure optimal use throughout the rest of the process.
- Ensuring the replenishment team is working efficiently and that a replenishment is picked up and completed as soon as it becomes available.
- Making sure that incorrect replenishments and incorrect put-aways are investigated and that the disciplinary procedure is followed through.
- Making sure that no stocks decrease daily and that there is a large focus to ensure the right stock is always available in the right location.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained, that additional equipment is procured in a timely manner and that inbound area is compliant with asset protection protocols.
- Ensure reasonable housekeeping measures are maintained in order to ensure a well
- organized and safe workplace.

2. People Management
- Ensure great inbound staff performance
- Ensure housekeeping is up to standard
- Manage daily receiving operations
- Manage staff productivity and liaise with manager for continuous improvement
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
**D. **Knowledge, skills, and experience required**
**Educational Background**:

- Grade 12
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand Afrikaans & English
- Mathematical Ability
- Knowledge in My Geotab
- Proficient in Windows

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of logístical or planning needed
- Operational Agility
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure Vision, Mission and Values underpin all activities
