**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
**To assist the Finance and Insurance Manager in maximizing an efficient and profitable finance and insurance function within the Company by ensuring the smooth flow of the documentation process.**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- ** Matric/ Grade 12.**:
- ** Clean criminal record.**:
- ** Good verbal and written communication skills in English.**:
- ** A sound knowledge of the F & I industry and an ability to fit in as a member of a team.**

Processing of Finance Applications.**:
- ** Managing Sereti statistics.**:
- ** Ensuring receipt of NATIS documentation.**:
- ** Follow-up on documentation process.**:
- ** To deal with all customer’s queries/complaints with utmost clarity and courtesy.**:
- ** To maintain/enhance customer’s perception of dealer insofar as service is concerned.**:
- ** To ensure all administrative work is completed accurately within required time, that deadlines are adhered to and that no penalties or delays are incurred by correct or late return of documentation, quotes, internal weekly/monthly reports, etc..**:
- ** To maintain accurate and up-to-date D.O.C., Application Register, as well as other support documentation required by General Manager, Sales Manager or Financial Services.**:
- ** To ensure debtor’s list is followed up every day.**:
- ** To maintain a flexible and supportive relationship with Sales Consultants.**:
- ** To respond to all reasonable requests from Financial Institutions regarding deadlines and returns.**:
- ** To improve and input to all special events, days or weeks.**:
- ** To ensure that reasonable dealership hours and dress codes are adhered to at all times.**:
