Core Description
This role is responsible for the administrative tasks related to monitoring and tracking of unauthorized software on user devices. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Track and monitor feedback from users on the Internal SAM mailbox and share any license entitlement received with the manager. Provide input on remediations for monthly presentation. Ensure that remediation notifications are sent out in a timely manner to inform customers of unauthorized software. Ensure that the unauthorized software is successfully removed from the EUDs. Assist with financial spreadsheets which includes the capturing of quotes, invoices etc. Assist in preparing customer quotes. 1 year experience in Software Asset Management licensing, Flexera and software remediation, within a complex IT environment. Must have some knowledge of licensing models and have performed some SAM licensing remediations using Flexera. Certifications ITIL SAM Flexera Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
